Setup
Does it work with any website?+
Yes. Our team installs it on your existing site at no extra cost.
Do clients need to install anything?+
No. They visit your site, log into the portal, and that's it. Works on any modern browser, phone or desktop.
Does it integrate with my calendar?+
One-click sync to iCal and Google Calendar. Bookings push automatically; reminders send to clients on the schedule you set.
Privacy
Who has access to my clients and their data?+
Only you. Everything saves directly to your website. We never see it.
What happens to client data if I cancel?+
It stays on your site. The data is in your database from day one, not ours. If you stop your subscription, you keep what's yours.
Are clients identified by name?+
Only if you choose to add a name field. By default, clients are referenced by an anonymous case number. We have no visibility into your caseload either way.
Where is the data hosted?+
On your domain, on infrastructure built on Cloudflare. See the Security page for the full picture.
Worksheets
Can I customize the worksheets?+
Yes. Edit any of the 50+ templates, or build your own from scratch. Your worksheets, your phrasing.
What does Kudos do, exactly?+
It's an opt-in points system you control per client. You decide what's worth points (homework on time, streaks, behavioural tests) and how many. Clients see their score in the portal. Some find it motivating, some don't, so you can turn it off entirely for clients it isn't right for.
Coaching
Is the business coach human or AI?+
Human. AI cannot yet understand the specific dynamics between a therapist and their clients, and that understanding is what makes the difference between generic marketing advice and a plan that actually works for your practice.
Pricing
Do I own the my-cbt portal?+
my-cbt is a monthly subscription. The data you and your clients enter saves only on your website, but the application itself runs on our servers. Every update we release reaches your portal automatically, with no action required on your end.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No long-term contracts. Change or cancel your plan whenever you want.
What's the difference between Solo and Coached?+
Same software in both. Coached adds a human business coach who works with you on growth, marketing, and practice analysis. You can switch between the two as your caseload changes.
