Every client record saves to your database, on your domain. We have no access path.
The most common question we get from therapists is some version of: “Where does the data actually live?”
In your database, on your domain. From day one. We do not see it, copy it, analyze it, or use it to train anything. There is no admin login on our side that can read your client records. The architecture itself prevents it.
How it works
When we install your portal, we provision a database that is bound to your domain. Worksheet entries, notes, bookings, and case files write directly to that database. The application code runs on our servers; the data does not.
If you cancel your subscription, the data does not move. It stays in your database, on your domain. You keep what’s yours.
What we do see
Operational data only: the portal is up, the deploy succeeded, error rates are within normal range, performance is healthy. None of this includes the contents of any case, worksheet, or session note.
Why this matters for the practice
A flat single plan with every feature included means we have no business reason to look at how busy your caseload is, who your clients are, or what they’re working on. Our pricing is the same whether you have 4 clients or 80. We don’t track and we don’t care.
